Have you ever tried to use a sales aptitude test? We had. It was the first time for the company to use a sales test from another party. We used the SPQ sales preference test that we got from SalesAssessmentTesting.com. The assessment was done immediately after the applicants have answered the aptitude test for sales. According to the SPQ Gold sales preference test results, one of the applicants should not be hired. Seeing his qualifications, I hired him anyway. A few months later, I realized that I was wrong for not trusting the SPQ Gold. It was truly a bad move for me.
I have seen some aptitude tests or questionnaires online. Some are free while others are for sale. I discourage using the free sales preference tests. They just might bring you harm than benefits. And if you will opt to use a paid sales aptitude or personality test, I highly recommend the SPQ Gold that you can find at SalesAssessmentTesting.com.
The SPQ Gold from SalesAssessmentTesting.com is accurate, easy to use and affordable. I learned from my mistake. I have been following the results of SPQ Gold and I have never encountered any problem yet with my recent hires. The sales preference questionnaire is easy to use. The assessment is done online and the response is pretty quick. It is also affordable for the price of $175. It is definitely a good deal because you can avoid a bad hire so you will minimize wasting the time and money of your company.
